We are now accepting new patients. We can usually address urgent needs the same day or next day. We are offering COVID specific consultations and can order COVID testing as appropriate.

We offer 30 minute medication management consults for our established patients.

Medication Management

We are well versed in the management and care of mental healthcare needs. For our initial consults we ask you to schedule a one hour consultation.

Mental Health and Wellness

At this time Tessa is only accepting transfer patients from her previous practice for Primary Care. We are accepting some new patients on a case by case basis. Please reach out with questions.

Primary Care

** At this time we are a cash-based practice. Payment is expected at time of service.

**We are a telemedicine only practice, inevitably some medical concerns will require in person management and referrals will be made in these cases as appropriate.
